GLUTEN-FREE CAFE

Our Gluten-Free Cafe, located on the 2nd floor of the 30 Ağustos Business Center and Artisan Bazaar, officially opened its doors on June 13, 2025.

We carefully produce our products daily, offering them both on our shelves and through custom orders based on demand. From production to preparation, from sales to presentation, and all the way to your hands — we meticulously oversee every step of the process, paying utmost attention to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination.

Within our café, there is a dedicated market area. Here, we offer both the packaged raw materials we use in our kitchen and the gluten-free products we craft ourselves. Every item that comes out of production is carefully prepared, labeled as gluten-free, and then placed on our shelves and in display cabinets for sale.

We also accept custom cake orders for your special occasions, preparing and presenting them with care and precision.

Our guests are welcome to enjoy their orders in our comfortable café seating area or shop from our market and enjoy the products conveniently at home.

Our café has a seating capacity of 50 in the indoor restaurant area and 20 on the terrace.

Our goal is to reach more individuals with celiac disease and those who prefer a gluten-free lifestyle — bringing life to gluten-free living.
